VANDAL helps freeze time in a campaign for the Pharmaceutical Benefits Scheme (PBS)

We partnered with Hogarth, director Peter J.Moore, and the Australian Government to reflect the comfort and stability of the prescription price freeze. Illustrated through the striking freeze technique, this ad reinforces the security of knowing prescription costs are fixed for another year.
